Open the group, tap the settings icon, then Invite people. Copy or share the link with whoever you want to add. Anyone who opens that link on a device with Daily Things installed joins as a member.

Invite links expire after 14 days and you can revoke one at any time from the same screen.

Owners manage the group: they change roles, remove people, and archive or delete the group. Members add and edit items. Viewers can see everything but change nothing.

The person who creates a group is its owner.

Check two places. In the app, Me › Notifications has a switch for each kind of notification. In iOS Settings › Notifications › Daily Things, make sure notifications are allowed at all.

If you declined the permission prompt the first time, iOS will not ask again — you have to turn it back on in Settings.

It is for capturing something before you have decided where it belongs. Items in your Inbox are private to you until you move them into a group, which you do with the Organise button on the item.

Me › Export my data produces a copy of everything the app has loaded for you, which you can then save or send wherever you like.

Me › Delete account, inside the app. It permanently removes your account, the groups you own together with their shared items and history, and the items you created in other people's groups. Your authorship on other people's items is anonymised so their history still makes sense.

This cannot be undone, and you do not need to contact us to do it.

Yes. Groups are invite-only and nothing in Daily Things is public. There are no ads, no trackers and no analytics SDKs in the app. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
